Take part in this online D-MAPP Expert Panel Meeting, which will be chaired by Professor Philip Conaghan, D-MAPP’s Chief Investigator and Professor of Musculoskeletal Medicine, University of Leeds.
The Digital – My Arm Pain Programme (D-MAPP) project is a 6 year NIHR programme grant, jointly funded by Versus Arthritis. Led by Professor Philip Conaghan at the University of Leeds, our team of researchers are developing a digital self-management programme for people with distal-upper limb musculoskeletal conditions (including hand & thumb osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, epicondylitis, tendinitis, and non-specific arm pain).
A range of potential D-MAPP self-management components are currently being reviewed and rated within our Delphi survey study. We are inviting healthcare professionals with a range of professional expertise to join our expert panel and help decide what specific information should be provided for a number of the topics deemed to be critical to include within D-MAPP. We will also be asking for the panel’s support in designing condition-specific exercise programmes.
The meeting will take place via Zoom or Microsoft Teams (TBC). The panel will comprise healthcare professionals, allied health professionals and researchers in the field of rheumatic and musculoskeletal medicine. The time and contributions of all expert panel members will be gratefully credited within subsequent publications of this research.
If you would like to take part in the expert panel, please email D-MAPP@leeds.ac.uk to confirm your availability to attend.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the team if you have any questions or would like any further information.
