Dr Ahmed Mostafa’s objective is that by the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Understand how point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) can support diagnosis in common MSK and rheumatology conditions.
- Appreciate how ultrasound acts as the “stethoscope” of the MSK clinician to guide diagnosis and management.
- Recognise key ultrasound features of:
- Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA).
- Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR).
- Inflammatory arthritis and its DD.
- Common lumps and bumps.
